德榕企業旗下有3個不同的事業單位，德榕企業，德榕藏品，德榕數位。不同的事業單位看似完全不同的產業，卻有所關聯，互相支援與協助。德榕的前身是一間傳統中藥加工廠，2003年一路尋訪到中藥大鎮天府之國－四川，在當地採收野生藥材提供台灣製藥廠使用。並且自廠也開始在地勤耕細作於黃精、白芨、川芎等名貴藥材。在2015年10月，德榕正式在台登記公司，以落葉紮根為LOGO，喻以海納百川，永不停止學習的「草根」精神。
